I suspect she’s involved with madam mischief either hiring or being robbed by her for wigs possibly. It is possible the madam shaved her bald but failed to steal her clothes or force her to do the Curly shuffle. Raymond and Melvin should look for new jobs or give the hairless profit of doom some/or all of their hair to spare her of being called baldy or chrome dome.
