Something tells me Sharona saw some very incriminating evidence behind the triplets and the other Sisters of Misrule… or at least in the triplets’ behinds. 😛
The king set up the hack for failure the sisters were in on the plot that Sharona failed. The hack now has the king over barrel. Sharona should have kept the castle turned to a hotel with the triplets as servants.
Thank you! I had a similar panel on page 7 using the talking shadows when the king and the princess are arguing over Gareth, so I thought it would make for an interesting contrast to use the same layout when the king and Gareth are arguing over the princess.
Dammit where’s magnifying glass when you need one.
😀
I have a sneaking suspicion.
It has to do with the sisters’ brands…
It might… 😉
Whatever it is, I am enjoying the sight of the king squirming.
Nice to see Gareth have the upper hand for a change!
And Gareth isn’t done yet, either!

Well, we can count on Sharona to get to the bottom of it! 😀
I suspect she’s getting to the bottom of the Drow madam about now.
That, or a magic shop so she can fence that ring of invisibility.
One or the other, I suspect! 😀

I can’t imagine what the bard is telling the king, but it seems he’s in control now.
Also, the talking shadows and the helpless princess, that’s a great comic panel.
