I note Ziffa has excellent recovery time, but she is still as oblivious to the morality of her actions as ever, trying to put the blame on Sharona and then getting all incredulous that she’s being abandoned to an admittedly ghastly fate.
I think it’s a combination of Ziffa rationalizing her own actions(“It was just business. It wasn’t personal.”, “You probably would have done the same thing to me if you had the chance.”) while holding Sharona to a higher standard than she holds herself(“Hey, you’re supposed to do the right thing even if I don’t.”)
Although it’s probably 50/ 50 whether Sharona would have really left her there.
Yeah, now the barbarian rage has worked its way out of her system by means of being knocked unconscious, Sharona actually gave Ziffa a sporting chance to convince her. “Give me one good reason”, indeed….
The red eye lady may save the naked purple delusional goblin but for Sharona her problems seem to only be beginning. Sharona could have left the bad naked goblin in prison. But the red eye lady who could be from the tower of agony has different perhaps returning the goblin to the tower of agony as a naked slave. This could explain the goblin expression of fear.
Dun DUN DUNNNN~! 😀
Bring on the plot twist, red-eyed lady!
Yep, this story will definitely have a few twists and turns. 😉

We don’t actually know if our mysterious red eyed woman is associated with the cultists or working for someone else… 😉
